3. Payments & Subscription Terms
Our services operate on a recurring payment model, depending on the terms agreed upon.Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Conditional Guarantee (see Section 5).Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4. AI-Generated Outputs & Accuracy Disclaimer
Our services may rely on AI-generated outputs, which are provided "as-is" without any guarantees of accuracy or reliability.DRAGONFRUIT AI LTD is not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
5. Conditional Guarantee
We offer the following guarantee for our services:
If you do not achieve a return on investment within the agreed service period, we will provide an additional two months of support for free.If you still do not see an ROI after the additional two months, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.This guarantee is subject to all agreed client responsibilities being met (see Section 6).
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal service performance, you agree to:
Provide access to necessary tools, platforms, and assets.Supply accurate and up-to-date business information.Promptly respond to communications and required approvals.Maintain operational readiness to implement marketing and automation strategies.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, software, and AI models provided by DRAGONFRUIT AI LTD remain our intellectual property.You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of our services without prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Misuse our services for unlawful purposes.Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify our AI systems.Use our services to promote illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms.Clients may cancel services by providing a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
10. Limitation of Liability
DRAGONFRUIT AI LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services in the past three months.
11. Governing Law
